How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad) typically receive orders in 3–5 days. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available pan-India. A small COD convenience fee of ₹40 applies to COD orders. We recommend prepaid payment for faster processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day easy return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Initiate a return by emailing hello@vaave.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID.

What sizes are available?

Vaave products are available from XS to XXL (and 3XL for select styles). Please refer to our Size Guide for exact measurements before ordering.

Are the product colours accurate?

We strive to show accurate colours in product images. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings. If you have questions about a specific product's colour, WhatsApp us before ordering.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments on Vaave are processed via Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We support UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD. We never store your card details.

Can I exchange a product for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email hello@vaave.in with your Order ID and desired size to initiate an exchange.
