7-Day Easy Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for any unused, unwashed item with original tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at nishant_jain17@ymail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier partner.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method
• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
